Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook Beef: Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Cook Vegetables: Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until tender.
4. Make Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
5. Combine: Return beef to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Serve: Serve hot.
