Ingredients:

12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works perfectly)

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (or a blend)

½ cup ranch dressing

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Optional Add-ins: sliced pickles, tomato slices, caramelized onions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keeping the tops together as one piece and bottoms as one piece). Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.

3. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until evenly coated.

4. Assemble the sliders:

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.

Add optional toppings like pickles, tomatoes, or caramelized onions if using.

Place the top half of the buns over the chicken mixture.

 

5. Butter topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

7. Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
