600g chicken tenders
150g chorizo
20cl of crème fraîche
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt, pepper
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Peel and slice the onion and garlic.
Cut the chorizo ​​into small cubes.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the diced chorizo ​​and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly crispy.
Add the chicken strips to the pan and brown them on each side for 5-6 minutes.
Reduce the heat and add the crème fraîche. Mix well to coat the chicken and chorizo.
Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is nice and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
