1. Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
2. Assemble the Pinwheels:

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of salsa over each tortilla.
Evenly distribute the cooked taco beef mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the beef mixture.
3. Roll and Slice:

Tightly roll up each tortilla to form a log.
Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
4. Bake:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are slightly crispy.
5. Garnish and Serve:

Remove the pinwheels from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve warm with extra salsa for dipping.

Enjoy these cheesy taco pinwheels as a delightful snack or appetizer! They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.
