Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: mini pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, chopped veggies, or any favorite toppings
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one into a 3–4 inch circle.
3. Add filling: Place a spoonful of marinara sauce in the center of each dough circle. Top with mozzarella and your chosen toppings.
4. Seal the bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball shape.
5. Arrange on baking sheet, seam side down. Leave space between each bomb.
6. Brush with butter mixture: Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over each pizza bomb. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
7. Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping!
