Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream (for creaminess)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

Butter or olive oil for grilling

1. Cook the chicken (if not already cooked):
Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until fully cooked, then shred.

2. Make the filling:
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, and mayo or sour cream. Add parsley if using. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Assemble the wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each one. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

4. Grill the wraps:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter or oil the outside of the wraps. Grill each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm. Great with ranch, garlic aioli, or a simple salad on the side.
