1. Preheat & Prep Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the top off the bread loaf lengthwise, then hollow out the inside (leave ~½ inch of bread on the bottom and sides).

2. Cook the Filling

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil.

Cook onions and bell peppers until soft, ~4-5 minutes.

Add the sliced beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from heat.

3. Garlic Butter the Loaf

Brush the inside of the hollowed bread generously with garlic butter.

4. Assemble

Layer half of the provolone cheese inside the bread.

Spoon in the cooked beef, peppers, and onions evenly.

Top with remaining provolone.

5. Bake

Place stuffed bread on a baking sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.

6. Finish & Serve

Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Slice into thick pieces and enjoy hot!
