Penne Pasta – 8 oz, cooked according to package instructions
Shrimp – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
Fresh Spinach – 2 cups, packed
Heavy Cream – 1 cup

Grated Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Cook the Penne Pasta: Begin by cooking the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Incorporate Spinach: Once the shrimp is cooked, add in the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Make the Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine. Add in the cream cheese and grated Parmesan, whisking until the cheeses melt and create a smooth sauce.
