Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and sear for about 2-3 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, ranch dressing, and honey, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Once the sauce is smooth, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese has fully melted into the sauce.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Return the steak to the skillet and stir to combine everything.

Let everything cook together for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the pasta is well-coated and the steak is heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper
before serving.
