Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, toss the sliced beef and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, and lime juice. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
In the same pan, add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside with the beef.
Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Return the beef and shrimp to the pan. Stir everything together, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice or noodles.
