Ingredients

4 salmon fillets, salted and peppered to taste
6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/3 cup honey
Cajun Seasoning:
2 tbsp powdered garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning (dry)
2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika if unavailable)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp powdered onion
1 tsp cracked black pepper (or 1/2 tsp finely ground black pepper)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Make the Cajun Seasoning: Combine the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Prepare the Honey Butter: Whip the butter for 2 minutes with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Blend the honey and whipped butter together until smooth. Mix in 1 tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning. Store the remaining seasoning in an airtight jar for up to 3 months
