Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
1 onion, sliced
2 cups baby potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Ketchup, mustard, pickles, or any favorite toppings
Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
Preheat Grill/Oven: Grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F.
Form Patties: Season beef and shape into 4 burger patties.
Assemble Packets: On each foil sheet, place potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and a burger patty. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Wrap Tight: Fold foil into sealed packets.
Cook: Grill or bake for 25–30 minutes until veggies are tender and patties are cooked through (160°F internal temp).
Top & Serve: Carefully open packets, sprinkle with cheese, and let it melt. Add toppings and enjoy right from the foil!
