Ingredients:

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Optional Add-ins (for extra flavor):

Pinch of red pepper flakes (for a little heat)

1–2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl or shallow dish, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

2. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.

3. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

4. Serve with warm crusty bread like ciabatta or sourdough.
