Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup fresh spinach

1 small banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 cup rolled oats

 

Instructions:

 

1. Add the almond milk to a blender first (this helps with blending).

2. Add the spinach, blueberries, banana, rolled oats, and almond butter.

3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

4. Taste and adjust — add a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie or a touch of honey/maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.

5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
