Ingredients for Big Mac smash tacos

1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
8 small flour tortillas
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Vegetable oil for frying

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Divide the seasoned meat into small, round patties, slightly larger than the tortillas.
Add patties to the hot skillet and press down with a spatula to smash them.
Cook each patty for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
While the patties cook, warm the tortillas in another pan or microwave.
Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and minced onion.
Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and fold the tortillas over the fillings.
Serve immediately while the tacos are warm and the cheese is gooey
