Classic Egg Salad

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.

2. Mix until well combined and creamy.

3. Serve on bread, toast, or with crackers.

Classic Salad (Simple Garden Salad)
Ingredients:

4 cups mixed lettuce or romaine, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

Your choice of dressing (vinaigrette, ranch, etc.)

Classic Tuna Salad
Ingredients:

1 can tuna, drained

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 celery stalk, finely diced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper.

2. Mix until creamy and evenly combined.

3. Serve in sandwiches, wraps, or on lettuce leaves.
