1/4 cup paprika

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2 tablespoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

3. Rub generously over meat (chicken, pork, ribs, or beef) at least 30 minutes before cooking, or overnight for deeper flavor.
