Instructions:
Marinate the Meat:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the meat pieces and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Assemble the Skewers:
Thread the marinated meat, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating for color and flavor.
Grill the Skewers:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are slightly charred.
Serve:
Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with rice, salad, or warm flatbreads.
