Ingredients:

* 1 trout (or fish of your choice)

* 2 carrots

* 1 red pepper

* 1 onion

* 2 garlic cloves

• 1 limón

* 1/2 cup of white wine

* The olive oil

* Salt and pepper to taste

* Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2. Clean the fish well and place it in a baking tray.

3. Peel and cut the carrots, the bell pepper in strips and the onion in feathers. Finely eat the garlic.

4. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with a sprinkle of olive oil, salt and pepper.

5. Place vegetables around fish in tray.

6. Squeeze lemon over fish and vegetables. Add the white wine.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fish is cooked and vegetables are tender.

8. Sprinkle fresh parsley before serving if desired.
