For the Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk (warm)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wrap & Cook the Hot Dogs:
Tightly wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon. Use toothpicks to secure the ends if needed.

2. Make the Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in the warm milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted and creamy.
3. Assemble:
Place each bacon-wrapped hot dog into a bun.
Drizzle generously with the warm cheese sauce.
