Base Ingredients:

4 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread, toasted

2 ripe avocados, mashed

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cherry Tomato & Basil

Toppings:

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tsp olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Balsamic glaze (optional)

Directions:
Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Top avocado toast with tomatoes, sprinkle with basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.

2. Feta & Chili Flakes

Toppings:

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Pinch of red chili flakes

Drizzle of olive oil

Directions:
Top avocado toast with crumbled feta, sprinkle chili flakes for a kick, and finish with a light drizzle of olive oil.

 

3. Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Toppings:

2 eggs

1 tbsp milk or cream

Salt and pepper

Fresh chives (optional)

Directions:
Scramble eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fluffy. Spoon over avocado toast and garnish with chopped chives.

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp olive oil or butter

Directions:
