Instructions for the Base:

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh basil (optional)

2. Scrambled Egg Avocado Toast
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
Salt and pepper
1 tsp butter
Scramble the eggs with butter, season with salt and pepper, and spoon over the avocado toast.
3. Garlic Mushroom Avocado Toast
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until golden. Season and place over the avocado spread.
