Ingredients:

3/4 cup ripe avocado (about 1 medium avocado)

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons onion powder

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons neutral oil (like avocado oil, olive oil, or sunflower oil)
or use 2 more tablespoons water for an oil-free version

1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.

2. Add vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, water, and oil.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more water (1 tablespoon at a time) if a thinner consistency is desired.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning — add more salt or vinegar to taste.

5. Transfer to a jar or airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
