Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prep the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel. Place them in a bowl.
2. Season & Coat
Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Bread the Shrimp
In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and seasoned panko.
Press each shrimp into the mixture to coat both sides evenly.
4. Preheat & Arrange
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
5. Air Fry
Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
6. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
