Ingredients
3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
1 lb beef or chicken bites (optional, can use steak tips, boneless chicken chunks, or sausage)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, or chili flakes
Instructions
1. Prep the potatoes:
Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Soak in cold water for 15–20 minutes (optional but helps crisp them better).
Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
2. Season the potatoes:
Toss the potato cubes in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the potatoes:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Add potatoes in a single layer.
Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
4. Add garlic butter bites:
While potatoes cook, season meat bites with salt, pepper, and a little paprika.
After the potatoes are partially done (about 10 minutes in), add meat bites on top.
Cook together for another 10–12 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and browned.
5. Make the garlic butter:
In a small pan or microwave, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.
6. Toss and finish:
Once everything is done, toss the potatoes and bites with the garlic butter.
Return to air fryer for 2 extra minutes for that buttery, garlicky finish.
7. Serve hot
Garnish with Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
