1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
8 ounces egg noodles

1. Place beef cubes and onion in your crockpot.
2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and thyme.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and onions in the crockpot.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is fork-tender.
5. Stir in egg noodles during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
