Orange Marmalade
☑️Ingredients:
3 large seedless oranges
1 lemon
4 cups water
3 cups granulated sugar
☑️Instructions:
1. Wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly. Cut them into thin slices, then chop them into smaller pieces (removing any seeds).
2. Place the fruit in a large pot with 4 cups of water. Let it sit overnight or at least 6 hours.
3. The next day, bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved, and continue simmering uncovered for 30–40 minutes or until the marmalade thickens.
5. Pour into sterilized jars while hot, seal, and let cool.
Blackberry Jam

4 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
4 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1. In a pot, mash the blackberries slightly with a potato masher or spoon.
2. Add sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
3. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium and simmer for about 20–25 minutes, stirring often.
4. To test thickness, place a spoonful on a cold plate—if it wrinkles when pushed, it’s ready.
5. Pour into sterilized jars while hot, seal, and let cool.
Peach Jam

2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
