Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

1–2 tablespoons condensed milk (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra pineapple and mint if desired.

Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen mango

1 ripe banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup milk (or more to adjust thickness)

1–2 tablespoons honey (to taste)

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until fully smooth.

3. Serve chilled with a slice of strawberry or mango on top.

Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup coconut milk

1 banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

1–2 tablespoons condensed milk

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to your blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Enjoy immediately, optionally garnish with fresh fruit.

Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup coconut milk

1 banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

1. Blend everything until smooth and thick.

2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

Mango Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen peach slices

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup milk

1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together until velvety.

2. Serve with a slice of peach and mint on top if you like!
