Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce (regular or low sodium)

3 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted sesame oil for best flavor)

1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

1 tsp minced garlic (optional, for extra depth)

1 tsp grated ginger (optional, for a fresh kick)

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and optional ingredients (sugar, garlic, ginger) until well combined.

2. Taste and adjust: Add more soy sauce for saltiness, more oyster sauce for umami, or a bit of water to lighten the flavor if too strong.

3. Use it immediately in stir-fried noodles or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
