Chocolate Banana Dessert (No-Bake Pudding Cups or Smoothie)

Option 1: Chocolate Banana Pudding Cups

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

Whipped cream (optional)

Chocolate chips or shavings (optional)

Instructions:

1. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes.

2. Stir in mashed bananas.

3. Spoon into cups, chill for 10–15 minutes.

4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Option 2: Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

1 cup milk or almond milk

Ice

Instructions:

1. Blend everything until smooth.

2. Serve cold.

Strawberry Cheesecake Cups (No-Bake)

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed graham crackers

2 tbsp melted butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped or sliced

Optional: strawberry jam or sauce

1. Mix crushed graham crackers with butter. Press into the bottom of serving cups.

2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in whipped topping.

4. Spoon cream cheese filling over the crust.

5. Top with strawberries and a drizzle of jam.

6. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Apple Pie Filling (Use for Mini Pies, Tarts, or Ice Cream Topping)

Ingredients:

3 apples (peeled, cored, diced)

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3. Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples soften.

4. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook another 1–2 minutes until thickened.

5. Cool and use as pie filling, topping for pancakes, ice cream, or oatmeal.
