1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce (optional for serving)
1 cup diced tomatoes (optional for serving)
12–15 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Cook beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and a little water; cook until thickened.
3. Let cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheese.
4. Place 2–3 tbsp filling in each egg roll wrapper, roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
5. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) until golden brown, 3–4 minutes.
6. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4–5 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
12–15 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and garlic powder.
2. Spoon 2–3 tbsp mixture onto each wrapper, roll tightly, seal edges.
3. Fry at 350°F / 175°C until crispy and golden, 3–4 minutes.
4. Serve with ranch or spicy dipping sauce.

Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients

1/4 cup diced pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12–15 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
