4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional, for color and extra flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix together:
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (if using)
3. Place chicken in the baking dish.
4. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken.
5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top.
7. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
