1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (adds creaminess)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for tang)

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey until smooth.

2. Add mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

3. Season with a pinch of salt and a little black pepper.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tang if needed (add more honey or vinegar).

5. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving if possible.
