2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meat:
Trim excess fat from the sirloin steak and cut into bite-sized cubes.
2. Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Combine in Crockpot:
Place steak bites in the crockpot. Pour the sauce over the steak and stir to coat evenly.
4. Cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
(Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.)
5. Finish:
Once cooked, the steak bites should be tender and flavorful. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
6. Serve:
Great over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or alongside roasted veggies.
