3 (14.5 oz) cans sliced carrots, drained

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

Optional Add-ins:

Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (for warmth)

Pinch of salt (to balance sweetness)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

1. Melt Butter:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

2. Add Sugar:
Stir in the brown sugar until it dissolves and the mixture becomes bubbly (about 1–2 minutes).

3. Glaze Carrots:
Add the drained carrots to the pan. Stir gently to coat them with the glaze.

4. Heat Through:
Let simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are heated through and glossy.

5. Serve:
Garnish with parsley or a dash of cinnamon if desired. Serve warm.
