1. Prepare the filling:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onions and peppers. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add the steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned (2–3 minutes).

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

2. Assemble the breadsticks:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (~¼ inch thick).

Spread the cooked steak and veggie mix evenly over one half of the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese over the filling.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges well.

Cut into strips (about 1.5 inches wide) but keep them close together. Twist slightly if desired.

3. Bake:

Brush the top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Cool slightly before separating the breadsticks.

4. Serve:

Serve warm with marinara sauce or cheese dip on the side!
