Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 package (10 oz / 283g) mini marshmallows

1½ cups fruit-flavored jelly candies (like gumdrops or Turkish delight), chopped into small pieces

1. Line a Pan
Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly spray or butter the paper.

2. Melt Butter & Chocolate
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring constantly. Be patient—white chocolate burns easily.

3. Add Marshmallows
Once smooth, add in the mini marshmallows and continue to stir until they melt completely and the mixture is smooth again.

4. Add Jelly Candies
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the chopped jelly candies.

5. Pour into Pan
Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

6. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

7. Slice and Serve
Once firm, lift out using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!
