Honey Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 tbsp oil

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)

Sesame seeds & green onions (for garnish)

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and nearly cooked.

3. Pour in sauce and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

4. (Optional) Mix cornstarch slurry and stir into sauce to thicken.

5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice.

Soy Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken drumsticks or thighs

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar or honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil (or regular oil)

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and oil.

2. Pour over chicken in a skillet or oven-safe pan.

3. Simmer uncovered over medium heat, basting often, until chicken is cooked and sauce is thick.

4. (Optional) Thicken with cornstarch slurry.

5. Serve with steamed vegetables or noodles.

️ Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks

Salt & pepper

1/4 cup flour or cornstarch (for coating)

2 tbsp oil

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1–2 tsp chili flakes or sriracha (adjust to heat preference)

1 tsp vinegar (optional)

Instructions:

1. Season chicken, then lightly coat with flour or cornstarch.

2. Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.

3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili, and vinegar.

4. Pour sauce into the pan and simmer until sticky and thick.

5. Toss chicken to coat evenly. Serve over rice or with stir-fried veggies.
