2 cups White Lily self-rising flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream

1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and cream together until just combined—do not overmix.
3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat into a ¾-inch thick round.
4. Use a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
6. Serve warm with butter, jam, or honey.
