Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1–2 cloves garlic, minced or grated

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional for color and smoky flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine mayo, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice.

2. Stir in minced garlic, cumin, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.

3. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

5. Chill for at least 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
