4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Cheesy Pasta:

1. Sear the Steak Bites

Pat steak cubes dry with a paper towel, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak cubes in a single layer (cook in batches if needed to avoid crowding).

Sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

2. Make Garlic Butter

Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.

Sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the steak bites back to the pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, then remove steak again and set aside (to add back at the end).

3. Cook the Pasta

In the same skillet (don’t wipe it), add the pasta, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.

Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

4. Add the Cheeses & Cream

Stir in heavy cream, then add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix well until the cheese is melted and a creamy sauce forms.

5. Combine & Finish

Return the garlic butter steak bites to the skillet.

Gently toss to combine and warm through for 1–2 minutes.

6. Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve hot with a side of crusty bread or a green salad, if desired.
