8 oz sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz stir-fry noodles (lo mein or yakisoba)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 small onion, chopped

Prepare the noodles by cooking according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with black pepper and sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Lower heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
Add cooked noodles to the sauce. Return steak, shrimp, onions, and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes until well coated and heated through.
