1. Prepare Lamb Chops
Pat lamb chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.

2. Set Up Breading Stations

Bowl 1: Flour

Bowl 2: Beaten egg

Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan

3. Bread the Lamb Chops
Dredge each lamb chop in flour (shake off excess), then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press gently to help the coating stick.

4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat ½ inch of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering but not smoking (around 350°F / 175°C).

5. Fry the Chops
Fry lamb chops in batches, about 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness, until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness (internal temp: 135°F / 57°C for medium-rare).

6. Drain & Rest
Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain. Let rest 5 minutes.

7. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
