Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/3 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup mashed bananas
– 1 box instant banana pudding mix
– 1 1/2 cups milk
– 1 cup sliced strawberries
– 1 cup whipped cream
– 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
4. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas with banana pudding mix and milk until well combined. Pour over the first layer of cheesecake batter.
5. Top with remaining cheesecake batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers.
