1. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the Donuts:
Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle. Place about 1 teaspoon of cheesecake filling and 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam in the center.

3. Seal:
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Gently roll into a ball shape, ensuring no filling leaks out. Repeat with remaining dough.

4. Heat Oil:
In a deep pan, heat oil to 325–350°F (165–175°C). Fry 2–3 donuts at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides (about 2–3 minutes each side).

5. Drain:
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

6. Top (optional):
Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with extra strawberry sauce, or roll in crushed graham crackers for a true cheesecake vibe.
