Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored works best)

Optional Add-ins:

1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (for healthy fats)

A handful of spinach (for added nutrients)

Ice cubes (if you want it thicker)

 

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust – add more milk if it’s too thick or a drizzle of honey if you like it sweeter.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
