Ingredients:

1/4 cup cheesecake chunks (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup milk (adjust for thickness)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra cheesecake bits and raspberries (for garnish)

Crushed graham crackers (optional, for rim or topping)

White chocolate or raspberry sauce (optional, for drizzle)

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare your glass:
Dip the rim in melted white chocolate or raspberry sauce, then roll in crushed graham crackers. Chill in the freezer while you blend.

2. Blend the shake:
In a blender, combine:

Ice cream

Milk

Raspberries

Cheesecake chunks

Vanilla extract (if using)
Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Assemble:
Pour the shake into the chilled glass. Top with whipped cream, extra cheesecake chunks, and a few raspberries.

4. Drizzle & serve:
Drizzle with raspberry sauce or melted white chocolate if desired. Serve with a straw and a long spoon.
