1 pre-made pie crust
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes about 2 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
One half cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
One half teaspoon ground cinnamon
One quarter teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Pour the sweet potato mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula and bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden.
