Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti or linguine
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Bang Bang Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
Taste and adjust Sriracha for more heat if desired.
3. Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 3–4 minutes or until pink and fully cooked.
Remove from heat.
4. Combine Everything
Toss the drained pasta with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
Add cooked shrimp and mix gently.
5. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
Serve warm.
