Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

2 cups milk (whole or 2%)

8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells work well)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. Add Butter and Garlic: Push the beef to one side of the pot and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir to combine with the beef.

3. Add Liquids and Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and milk. Stir in the uncooked pasta and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and sauce thickens.

5. Finish with Cheese: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
